- Q: How long can I wear a tampon?

- A: When using tampons, it's important to choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. And because the amount of flow varies from day to day, it's likely that you will need to use different absorbencies on different days of your period. Selecting the right absorbency comes with experience, but as a guide, if a tampon absorbs as much as it can and has to be changed before 4 hours, then you may want to try a higher absorbency. Excellent!

The compak tampons are alot better than the normal applicater ones as once u pull them open u feel the click and u know your all set and no leaking.

Favorite Tampons!

These are so super good - I think I've been using them since they first came out! They're really small - which is both handy and discreet - and super simple to use, with the applicator pulling out and snapping into place. Couldn't imagine life without them, would take something really amazing to make me try something else!

Great little creations, applicators are smooth and do not damage or irritate any areas. Easy to insert and remove, comfortable to wear, no leaks and discreet to carry. It would have been nice to have a hard carry case to carry few of them for the day or two. Quite sad that the tampax lites are no longer available. Either in supermarkets or pharmacies. It is a necessary 'equipment' for the beginning and final days of the cycle. Thank you tampax for keeping us clean and leak free!
