- Q: How long can I wear a tampon?

- A: When using tampons, it's important to choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. And because the amount of flow varies from day to day, it's likely that you will need to use different absorbencies on different days of your period. Selecting the right absorbency comes with experience, but as a guide, if a tampon absorbs as much as it can and has to be changed before 4 hours, then you may want to try a higher absorbency. Maximum protection with these

I have brought these for the last few months now as I have been experiencing very heavy periods due to fibroids they have been a godsend as are very discreet and always give me maximum protection, when having my periods and using these I always feel safe knowing there will be no leakages

Love that they don't take up loads of space in your bag! They work fab as well, making it up to the 8 hours of protection easily.

Good for lighter flow

These are great for when you want to be really discreet for your time of the month. I have found for me personally the compak version isn't great for the days or times when you have a heavier flow which means you tend to go through more than you would the full size ones.

Fantastic product

I honestly couldn't do without Tampax Pearl. I've tried many others but nothing out there is as good. I'm a heavy flow girl and the super tampons work fantastic for me. I compliment these with a liner and am happy to stay clean and fresh throughout the week.
